Cleaning & Maintenance
Laundry
A standard clean consists of wiping of surfaces, vacuum, mop floors, polishing and the washing of bed linen and towels. This service can include sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, table cloths, tea cloths and towels. These are normally refreshed at change over or the seventh day of a two week stay. We offer other cleaning services i.e. pre move-in cleans on new homes, marble floor polishing, jet washing for outside areas and garden furniture.
Maintenance
If you then think that your walls need painting or your kitchen needs retiling or you simply want to modify features of your house, we can help by providing professional and reliable decorators and builders.
Fruit & Olive Trees
As many of the country properties in this region come with producing trees we can arrange for these to be looked after and the harvests collected.
Gardening
Our service would normally consist of weekly visits: grass areas would be cut and cleared; paths, patios and beds would be weeded; pots and tubs inside and out would be watered; trees and shrubs would be maintained in the appropriate season. If larger gardening projects are required we can arrange landscape gardening with a suitable local firm and oversee it on your behalf.

Property Checks
When your property is unoccupied for a period of time we can carry out checks for any problems that may occur.
Inventories
For holiday rental properties, we can provide a full detailed property inventory at the start of a letting period.
Pool Services
Our complete pool maintenance programme includes: parts and supplies; pumps and filters; pool heaters; liquid chlorine pool chemicals; automatic pool cleaners; solar blankets and rollers and water testing. We also offer complete pool restoration: sandblasting and painting; waterline tiling and general equipment upgrade.
We also offer maintenance for spas with chemicals, care kits and covers.
Restorations & New Builds
Mediation
There can be many hoops to get through when you own or are looking to purchase a property abroad. It can be very difficult dealing with people that do not speak your language; and belonging to a different culture, don’t understand your requirements. Our aim is not only to alleviate these problems but also get what you need.
Other Services
Mail Collection
We can collect your mail for you and either forward it on or keep it safe for your arrival.
Welcome Packs
It is not a good start to a holiday to arrive and find the cupboards bare and the fridge empty. We can ensure that on arrival there are sufficient food supplies, the white wine is chilled and there are ice cubes in the freezer.
Airport Transfers
We offer airport transfers for up to six people from both Bari and Brindisi. Please contact us for further information. If our clients choose not to hire a car or would like to be collected from an airport and hire a car locally, we can pick up/or drop off and our prices we are far lower than local taxi rates.
Meet & Greet
Prior to your clients arrival we can make final preparations to your accommodation, switch on air conditioning/heating, boiler, fridge and appliances. Hand over keys on arrival and departure and show clients around the property. Your clients will have contact numbers should any problems arise.
